Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for a 468-unit property in Aurora, CO. The role includes leasing, applications, income collections, move-ins/outs, resident relations, reporting, and marketing duties.

The position pays $25.00–$27.00 per hour as an hourly non-exempt role with monthly and quarterly bonuses; requires Yardi/CRM experience and a CO driver’s license. Work schedule includes Saturdays with a weekday off per month.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Requirements

• At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community.
• Yardi/CRM experience is required.

• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs
• Must be able to work on Saturdaywith an alternative day off during the week, once per month
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Friday, one Saturday per month
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday hours vary
Required License or Certification:Valid CO Driver’s License
