Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Staab Management Midwest franchise to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations. You’ll coach and develop teammates, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain quality and cleanliness across the store.

Responsibilities include scheduling, labor management, achieving sales goals, hiring and onboarding new staff, and ensuring inventory and food prep standards. A positive, energetic, hands-on leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to complete company training programs.

Responsibilities
