The Assistant Maintenance Ambassador Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Ambassador Supervisor with the management of the maintenance team to ensure correct completion of essential maintenance functions and responsibilities. Additionally, the Assistant Maintenance Ambassador Supervisor will assess the strengths and weaknesses of the maintenance team and manage Ambassador's incentives accordingly, while also creating and nurturing a sense of community and focus on customer service standards.
Requirements
The Assistant Maintenance Ambassador Supervisor must be able to meet the physical demands described herein, which are representative of those that must be met by every Ambassador to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift dead weight in excess of 40 pounds (bags of snow melting chemicals, air handlers, HVAC units, small appliances, etc.). Must be able to operate powered equipment where manual pushing, pulling, or steering of equipment (snow blower, leaf vacuum, etc.) is required, as well as operate powered equipment where manual lifting and transportation of apparatus is needed (K-1500 auger, refrigerant recovery system, vacuum pump, etc.). The employee should expect a variety of physical activities, including standing, stooping, bending, crawling (sometimes in confined places), reaching, swinging, walking, climbing (to heights in excess of 7 feet), and lifting to perform the necessary job functions.
