Job summary

Churchill Residential, at Champions Circle, seeks an Assistant Maintenance Technician to assist the Lead Technician in daily operations and to maintain exteriors and common areas. Role includes making ready units promptly and maintaining cleanliness throughout the property.

Preferred: EPA certification; CPO certification is a plus. Must have at least two years of apartment maintenance experience; physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Two years of apartment maintenance experience required.
• EPA certification is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Experience with painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician in daily operations and resident/staff relations.
• Maintain building exteriors and common areas, including trash pickup and hallway cleanliness.
• Complete make-readies in a timely manner in compliance with procedures and policies.
• Support residents and staff to ensure courteous, helpful service.
