Role Overview

Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Arbor Hills, a 136-unit Senior LivingCommunity is looking for an Asst. Maintenance Technician. Assists and works under the directsupervision of the Lead Maintenance Tech providing excellent customer service everyday in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining building exteriors andcommon areas using company supplied materials and machinery.
• Responsible for physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy and ensures the company standard completion of make ready apartments.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting preferred.
• At least one-year prior apartment maintenanceexperience preferred.
• EPAand CPO certification preferred.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed inthe job description. Must be able to be on call.
