Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of multifamily housing maintenance experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of property management policies and procedures as it relates to maintenance operations.
• Understanding of Fair Housing and related laws; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in oversight of all maintenance and grounds upkeep.
• Walk property regularly and conduct inspections including vacant units.
• Ensure service requests are responded to within 24 hours and communicate with residents.
• Oversee maintenance of exteriors, interiors and common areas.
• Be available for emergency calls per policy and assist site personnel as needed.
• Travel to other sites as required.
