Avenue5 Residential in Bothell, WA is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations at the assigned property.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, manage work orders, and ensure resident satisfaction while mentoring the maintenance team and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance or property management experience.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance as per state guidelines.
• Carry out carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window and door repairs.
• Execute preventative maintenance: siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers, elevator and more.
• Maintain work order system and meet company standards and resident expectations.
• Inspect property grounds daily for safety and cleanliness; address issues promptly.
• Assist with property emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management; mentor maintenance team; ensure proper conduct and appearance.
