Responsibilities include:

• Managing and responding to urgent/emergency situations
• Performing and inspecting projects and tasks
• Documenting and reporting project status
• Assisting with training, scope evaluation, and contract oversight
• Supporting day-to-day maintenance and property operations
• Ensuring policy and procedure compliance
• Providing cost and time-saving recommendations

Qualifications:

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and project management
• Multi-family residential property experience
