Job summary

Oak Park Place in Dubuque, IA is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Director to support the Maintenance Director in daily operations, maintenance, and property improvements. You will help prepare rooms for new residents, monitor projects for code compliance, and ensure high levels of customer service across the community.

• Two years of experience working in building maintenance.
• Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies.
