Job summary

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Assistant Machine Operators in Statesville, NC. Choose from two shifts: 1st Shift 7:45 AM-8:00 PM at $17/hour or 2nd Shift 7:45 PM-8:00 AM at $19/hour. Rotating 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend.

Weekly pay is issued every Friday. You’ll load materials, mix resins, transfer rolls, assist with setup, enter production data, conduct quality checks, and perform heavy lifting up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into machinery.
• Mix resins as required.
• Transfer rolls of film to pallets.
• Assist the machine operator with setup and start-up procedures.
• Enter production data into computer systems.
• Conduct quality control checks.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs.
