Qualifications

• Experience: Entry-level welcome; basic mechanical skills preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Skills: Strong computer skills, basic math and reading ability, attention to detail, multitasking, and good communication; ability to distinguish colors required.

Responsabilités

• Machine Operation: Prepare, start, and monitor machines; load materials and follow established procedures to maintain smooth production flow.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance and diagnose and resolve basic malfunctions; occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.
• Documentation & Housekeeping: Complete required paperwork accurately; clean and restock work area at the end of each shift.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols; maintain awareness of moving parts, chemicals, and other environmental hazards.

Job Summary Large print production team located in Central Asheville, NC seeking entry-level to experienced Machine Operators to join their team.
