Job summary

Pratt Industries in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Machine Helper for the 2nd shift. The role supports the operator, assists with machine setup, and helps ensure orders are produced to specifications. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, good math skills, and the ability to learn feed, print, die cutting, and delivery sections. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure that fellow crew members adhere to all applicable safe work policies & procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Assist in ensuring the proper mechanical set up and running of the machine.
• Assist in ensuring that all orders produced are completed according to specifications provided.
• Maintain acceptable production rates.
• Complete all paper work and data entry as required.
• Assist in the training of crew members.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
