• Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers

Aufgaben

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to maintain favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by core values, and are focused on high-quality care and compassion.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
