Job summary

LV Collective in College Park, MD is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager to execute the full leasing cycle from inquiry to lease signing and renewal. You will support the Leasing Manager to drive pre-lease velocity, protect occupancy and rate, and deliver a standout resident experience across all platforms.

You’ll lead on-the-ground outreach and events with the Marketing Coordinator, manage tours, follow-ups, renewals, and stay organized with Entrata, HubSpot, and other tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing experience; student housing or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience with Entrata, RealPage, or similar property management software preferred; comfortable with CRMs, email, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual tours using LV Collective tour standards.
• Follow up with new and active leads within 24 hours.
• Manage Entrata and HubSpot, and maintain templates for standard touchpoints.
• Develop renewal strategies to lift renewal rates and reduce turnover.
• Coordinate events and outreach with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Coach and onboard new leasing team members; plan weekly team meetings.
