• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and stand/walk all day.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for on-site transport.

Responsibilities

• HVAC upkeep: perform basic diagnostic checks and troubleshooting.
• Turnover maintenance: prepare vacant units with painting, drywall patching, and light carpentry.
• Work orders: complete daily resident service requests for minor plumbing leaks, clogs, and fixtures.
• Grounds & amenities: maintain pool area, clear walkways, remove trash from common spaces and offices.
• Emergency response: participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours issues.

Key Responsibilities

• HVAC Upkeep: Conduct basic diagnostic checks and troubleshooting on residential heating and cooling units.
• Turnover Maintenance: Repair and prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins, including painting, drywall patching, and light carpentry.
• Work Orders: Complete daily resident service requests for minor plumbing leaks, clogged drains, and broken fixtures.
