Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. You will collaborate with the Kitchen Manager on staffing, training, and cost control to deliver consistent quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on training, menu execution, and policy compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a food production facility or fast-paced kitchen.
• Valid Food Handler certification (local requirements).
• Experience training kitchen staff and enforcing safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff and communicate performance expectations.
• Coach staff and assist with recruitment and development.
• Develop action plans with Kitchen Manager to improve results.
• Streamline operations and manage food costs.
• Provide product feedback and ensure menu alignment with standards.
