Pura Vida Miami is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a dedicated team in our Miami location. You will educate guests about our nutrient-rich products and foster a welcoming, energetic atmosphere daily.

The role focuses on service excellence, staff development, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating inventory and labor with the GM, scheduling shifts, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring smooth floor operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in hospitality/restaurant.
• 2 years of managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Food Handler certification or local equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team with positivity and clear communication.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Motivate staff to exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced env.
• Collaborate with GM to manage inventory, labor, and processes.
• Schedule shifts and supervise floor operations for smooth service.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support supervisory duties including hiring and coaching.
