Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen personnel and communicate performance expectations with the Kitchen Manager.
• Observe and coach staff to improve performance.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with recruitment, promotion, and development of personnel.
• Develop action plans to improve operations and costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Train kitchen staff on prep, presentation, and standards.
• Maintain alignment of new menu items with quality standards.
