Responsibilities

• Supervise and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to kitchen staff.
• Coach employees and monitor performance; provide feedback.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with recruitment, selection, and development of personnel.
• Collaborate to streamline operations, manage food costs, and ensure quality standards.
• Provide product feedback and help implement new menu items.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
