Job summary

Wolf River Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to work with the Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen and ensure accurate, efficient food-service operations across our Tennessee locations.

You will train staff on recipes, processes, and safety, ensure adherence to menu standards, and model professionalism while fostering a positive, inclusive work culture that drives quality and growth.
