Job summary

Nashoba in Collierville, TN is hiring Line/Prep Cooks to support our front-line kitchen and craft our unique recipes. You will wash, chop vegetables, cut meat, and help prepare appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees.

• Operating various kitchen equipment such as fryers, flat top grills, ovens, etc.
• Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other custom entrees
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders on time and meeting quality standards
• And, most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
