Wolf River Hospitality Group is seeking Line/Prep Cooks to join our front-line team in Tennessee and Mississippi, delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash, chop, and prep vegetables, cut meat, and help operate a smoker and stone oven to perfect our recipes.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties
• Operating a large food smoker and a stone oven.
• Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders
• And most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
