Responsibilities

• Oversee production of food and maintain quality during peak hours
• Enforce employment policies within the kitchen team
• Monitor tickets and pace during busy periods
• Supervise Back of House staff and assist with serving, hosting, cooking as needed
• Conduct line Taste and Temp checks and ensure safe food handling
• Manage inventory and track waste under Kitchen Manager direction
• Maintain cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance in the kitchen and dining area
• Ensure consistent food and service to drive sales and guest satisfaction
• Support a safe work environment and develop Back of House staff
