Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food.

You will help maintain Legendary Food and Legendary Service standards in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, adherence to recipes, inventory control, and staff development while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily Back of House operations.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Monitor tickets and pace during peak hours.
• Provide hands-on supervision with serving, hosting, cooking as needed.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees the production of food
• In conjunction with all management, enforces compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility
• Monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, cooking etc.
• Conducts line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Manages inventory and tracks waste
• Maintains cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
• Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
• Ensures safe food handling procedures
