Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in supervising daily Back of House operations, including food preparation, ordering, receiving, and presentation of dishes. Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees the production of food
• Enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
• Monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant, including non-scheduled assistance
• Conducts formal line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Manages inventory and tracks waste as directed by Kitchen Manager
• Monitors and maintains cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
• Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
• Practices safe food handling procedures
• Ensures Back of House employees follow established recipes and procedures
• Develops Back of House staff and maintains a positive environment
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
• Maintains the restaurant culture and live the core values daily
