Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including food ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee food production
• Ensure compliance with employment policies
• Monitor tickets and manage pace during peak hours
• Provide hands-on supervision including assistance with serving, hosting, and cooking
• Conduct formal line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Manage inventory and track waste under the direction of the Kitchen Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep
• Ensure consistency in food and service to increase sales
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Ensure recipes and procedures are followed
• Create a safe environment and develop Back of House staff
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for guests
• Uphold the restaurant’s culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
