Pay Range:

$17.50 to $22.99

Shift:

Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Position: Assistant Food Service Leader

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive individuals to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Assistant Food Service Leaders are responsible for managing our food program. Responsibilities include preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, ensuring the team meets daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and maintaining high-quality customer service daily.

Requirements:
  1. Great people skills
  2. Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
  3. Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
  4. Desire to help others
  5. Maintain a clean and inviting store
  6. At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food prep
  7. Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals
  8. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  9. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
  10. Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), primarily 2nd shift
