Position Responsibilities
  1. Maintain high employment standards aligned with company policies
  2. Assist in kitchen setup and opening procedures
  3. Manage schedules and security procedures
  4. Evaluate previous night’s closing
  5. Oversee inventory and shelf-life adherence
  6. Ensure proper temperatures and sanitation standards
  7. Follow recipes precisely and monitor ticket flow for timely service
Minimum Requirements
  • Certified trainer in back-of-house functions
  • Passing grade in assessment testing
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum age of 21
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the restaurant industry
  • Previous leadership roles
  • Proficiency in all back-of-house functions
