Job Title: Assistant Kitchen Manager at Bubba's 33

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually

Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a rockstar Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily back-of-house operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee food production
• Enforce compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management
• Monitor tickets and set the pace during peak hours
• Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
• Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Manage inventory and track waste under the direction of the Kitchen Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
• Ensure consistency in food and service to increase sales
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Ensure back-of-house staff follow established recipes and procedures
• Create a safe environment and develop back-of-house employees
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
• Foster a positive culture aligned with core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
