Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a rockstar Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operation of the Back of House and assisting with ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. Responsibilities of the Assistant Kitchen Manager
  • Supervise and oversee the production of food
  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management
  • Monitor tickets and set the pace during peak hours
  • Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking as needed
  • Conduct formal line Taste and Temp checks
  • Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
  • Manage inventory and track waste under the direction of the Kitchen Manager
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
  • Ensure consistency in food and service to increase sales
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
  • Ensure staff follow established recipes and procedures
  • Create a safe environment and assist in developing Back of House employees
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for guests and staff
  • Uphold the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
