Maloney’s kitchen is seeking a kitchen supervisor to help oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team of cooks in a high-volume environment. You will reinforce quality, safety, and efficiency while ensuring smooth collaboration with front-of-house staff.
You will be expected to train and motivate staff, manage inventory and costs, and step in on the line or during prep as needed to keep service running smoothly.
Maloney’s kitchen serves up great bar and grill staples to fuel fans and regulars alike. The food supports the action on screen, meeting expectations from game day to late-night.
Support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations.
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
Assist with ordering, inventory control, and food cost management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Jump in where needed—whether on the line, during prep, or managing expo—to keep service smooth.
Collaborate with FOH leadership to maintain great communication and workflow between kitchen and service staff.
2+ years of experience in a kitchen supervisory or lead cook role (Assistant Kitchen Manager or equivalent preferred).
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost controls.
Ability to lead by example in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Must be 18+ with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
