Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help oversee an energetic, high-volume kitchen and support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations. You’ll lead the line, mentor staff, and ensure top-quality dishes during every service.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen with strong emphasis on health and safety, teamwork, and quality control. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.
