We are actively seeking to add a Full-Time Assistant Kitchen Manager to our Sayville Store. This is a key position within our kitchen, working directly with back-of-the-house staff.
The Assistant Kitchen Manager assists with supervising kitchen staff, managing the pantry, inventory, food storage, preparation, and customer service. A successful candidate supervises and guides staff to deliver quality, timely food and ensure customer satisfaction.
