Pay:

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a rockstar Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Back of House, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities would include:

1. Supervising and overseeing the production of food
2. Enforcing compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management
3. Monitoring tickets and setting the pace during peak hours
4. Managing through hands-on supervision of the restaurant, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc., as needed
5. Conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks
6. Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
7. Managing inventory and tracking waste under the direction of the Kitchen Manager
8. Maintaining cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
9. Ensuring consistency in food and service to increase sales
10. Practicing safe food handling procedures
11. Ensuring Back of House employees follow established recipes and procedures
12. Creating a safe environment and assisting in developing Back of House employees
13. Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
