Position Overview

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

Responsibilities

1. Oversees service in the Front of House
2. Enforces compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management
3. Approves all Front of House side work and provides thorough training
4. Works during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House
5. Manages through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
6. Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and help develop sales strategies
7. Leads by example to develop employees and cross-train staff
8. Oversees scheduling and develops promotions to drive sales
9. Ensures compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training and safe food handling procedures
10. Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
11. Assists with liquor inventory and building sales initiatives
12. Supports building a positive restaurant culture aligned with core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
