Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily back-of-house operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. If you are passionate about made-from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

Responsibilities of an Assistant Kitchen Manager include:

• Supervising and overseeing food production
• Enforcing employment policies in collaboration with management
• Monitoring tickets and managing pace during peak hours
• Managing through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking as needed
• Conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Managing inventory and tracking waste under the Kitchen Manager's direction
• Maintaining cleanliness and equipment upkeep
• Ensuring consistency in food and service to boost sales
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Following established recipes and procedures
• Creating a safe work environment and developing staff
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
