Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of custodial experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid PA Driver’s License for travel to various employment sites.
• Successful completion of Allied Services Driver Training Program to operate Allied Services vehicles.
• May transport clients to employment sites as situation dictates.

Responsibilities

• Instructs assigned clients on proper work habits, methods, and safety procedures.
• Assists in maintaining contract specifications regarding scheduling of clients and quality control in custodial accounts.
• Reports daily to the Training Supervisor on client status and maintains records of their development.
• Performs custodian duties if a staff shortage occurs.
• Keeps all equipment clean and in proper working condition.
• Assists in maintaining accurate inventories of supplies.
• Provides crisis intervention when necessary and escorts or redirects clients as needed.
• Safely transports clients to and from the work-site when necessary.

EDUCATION

High school graduate or equivalent required.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Six Months Of Custodial Experience Is Preferred.

SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Successful completion of Allied Services Driver Training Program to operate Allied Services vehicles.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
