Goodwill Industries of Lower South Carolina (Palmetto Goodwill) is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee modern custodial operations and lead a team of custodial personnel.
The role focuses on training, scheduling, quality standards, safety compliance, and maintaining documentation across regulatory requirements.

Supervise and assist custodial personnel performing all manners of Custodial Operations.
Directly supervise custodial personnel who perform custodial operations, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; reviewing employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Will be required to conduct walking documented inspections and make necessary corrections.
Two years supervisory experience in all phases of custodial operations. Experience in working with disabled individuals preferred.
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock.
