Job summary

Nuuly is seeking an Assistant Inventory Planner to support inventory movement and turnover. The role collaborates with the Associate and Senior Inventory Planners to track inventory, enter data, and perform basic analyses that optimize warehouse space and reduce obsolescence.

You will help with sell-off strategies, monitor slow-moving items, and maintain reports and communications with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills; willing to learn demand planning and inventory flow principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented mindset suited for fast-paced inventory environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other inventory tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory tracking and documenting slow-moving or obsolete inventory for sell-off.
• Support in executing sell-off strategies by maintaining organized records and updating inventory reports.
• Help identify bottlenecks in inventory movement and communicate issues to the team.
• Perform basic data entry and analysis to support forecasting efforts for inventory sell-off.
• Maintain accurate reporting tools to track inventory flow and sell-off performance.
• Communicate inventory updates to cross-functional teams as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the Inventory Planning team, including organizing reports and scheduling meetings.
