Job summary

Nuuly is seeking an Assistant Inventory Planner to support inventory management and movement to sell-off locations. You will assist with tracking, data entry and basic analysis to improve turnover, while collaborating with Senior and Associate Planners on day-to-day tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment as part of the Inventory Planning team at URBN.

Qualifications

• Background in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong communication to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and capable in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking slow-moving or obsolete inventory for sell-off.
• Support strategy execution by maintaining organized records and reports.
• Help identify bottlenecks and communicate issues to the team.
• Perform data entry and basic analysis to support forecasting.
• Maintain reporting tools to track inventory flow and sell-off performance.
• Communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
• Provide administrative support to the Inventory Planning team.
