Job summary

Closets by Design Charlotte is seeking a motivated installation supervisor to lead installers and coordinate projects from start to finish. You will communicate with customers, designers and production to ensure smooth installations of home improvement collections.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards. On-site work with a focus on training and development within our franchise network.

Job Summary: Seeking a motivated and self-directed candidate to join a growing team at Closets by Design Franchising. Candidate should have leadership skills and some woodworking experience. Responsibilities include technical & operational training for new and existing Closets by Design Franchise locations in the area of manufacturing and installation of home improvement durable products. Will need to understand and be able to communicate the company philosophy around lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality standards. This position will also support sourcing, setup, and training on manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• The installation supervisor must place high emphasis on customer service and accounts receivable.

Job Requirements

• Experience in product installation (home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation, closet/cabinet experience).
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills from prior work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and be highly organized.
• Skillful management ability to manage and develop people.
• Good communication skills.

On-site M-F 7am - 4pm.
