Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an enthusiastic Installer to join our team in Franklin, TN. You will install custom closets, home offices, and cabinetry at customer homes, following drawings and instructions while upholding safety and quality standards.

This position offers weekday schedules (Monday–Friday, no weekends or overtime), paid training, health and retirement benefits, and a listed pay range of $45k–$90k. A valid driver’s license and reliable, customer‑facing service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience installing closets, garages, or cabinetry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Carpentry/Installer. Carpentry/Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
