Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an Installation Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience installing custom closets and home organization systems in customers' homes. You will learn from experienced installers and grow into more responsibilities.

We provide training, health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and a clear path to become an installer with pay increases. Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and daily breakfast check-ins.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or specific experience required; coachable candidates encouraged.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and punctual mindset is essential.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and drive company vehicle safely.
• Team player who can work with installers and customers in homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with product installation in customers' homes in a safe, quality, productive manner.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction in a friendly, professional way.

We are currently searching for an Installation Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to grow their career in the field of installation.

The Installation Assistant will:

• Assist Installers with the installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive and profitable fashion in our customers’ homes.
• Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
• Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or specific experience is required. We are looking for coachable candidates!

• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner. Closet, garage, and office installation experience preferred but not required.
• A team-player.
