Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an Installation Manager to lead our installation department from project start to finish. You will supervise Installers and assistants, schedule service projects, and ensure quality craftsmanship.

You will interact with customers, designers, and the production team to deliver beautiful, functional closet and home organization solutions. This full-time on-site role offers training and a clear career path with a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in product installation or home improvement contexts.
• Superior customer service skills from prior work experience.
• Skillful management ability to develop and lead a team.
