Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a motivated installation supervisor to lead Installers and installers assistants in our Charlotte area operations. You will oversee scheduling, installations from start to finish, and ensure top‑notch customer service while aligning with lean manufacturing and quality standards.

This role emphasizes leadership, organization, and hands‑on training for franchise locations. On‑site Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with Saturdays as needed; benefits include paid training, health

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and self‑directed candidate to join a growing team at Closets by Design Franchising. Candidate should have leadership skills and some woodworking experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, technical & operational training for new and existing Closets by Design Franchise locations in the area of manufacturing and installation of home improvement durable products. Will need to understand and be able to communicate the company philosophy around lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality standards. This position will also support sourcing, setup, and training on manufacturing equipment.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should have experience in product installation (which may include home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation as well as other closet/cabinet experience).
• Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills from prior work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to multitask and be highly organized.
• Skillful management ability to manage and develop people.
• Good communication skills.
• On‑site M‑F 7am - 4pm.
• Contact availability Saturdays.
