Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to help create an outstanding guest experience. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise, and operations, recruit teammates, and train staff.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with expanded duties and leadership responsibilities. You will lead guest service initiatives, manage daily operations, and coach teammates to achieve sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education; share knowledge with teammates.
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship and customer service.
• Plan sales goals with Store Manager and own store’s performance metrics.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment of store staffing needs and in training teammates.
