The position develops from AIT to Assistant Manager with increasing responsibilities in staffing, coaching and performance tracking to improve store results.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates and supervise daily tasks.
• Strong merchandising, loss prevention and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Teammates, and cover Store Manager duties when needed.
