Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You'll perform sales, merchandising, and store operations, train teammates, and lead in the Store Manager's absence.

Responsibilities include driving sales, recruiting, coaching, visual merchandising, and daily leadership while maintaining Buckle standards and guest service.
