Job summary

Buckle in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive guest service, lead merchandising and store operations under the Store Leadership team.

You will recruit, train and motivate teammates, support supervisory duties in Manager's absence, and uphold Buckle's standards in sales, service and loss prevention while ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
