Job summary

Based in New York City, you will oversee room service operations and collaborate with senior managers.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and monitor payroll and inventory, while maintaining safety, hospitality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain clean and healthy personal hygiene and grooming.
• Able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
• Minimum 2 years of F&B management or supervisory experience in a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Support Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and train room service staff; schedule and supervise.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements.
• Ensure menus are accurate and up-to-date; assist with events and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with FLHSS standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop monthly forecast and monitor payroll for the department.
